Stretch and strengthen class was first this morning; it was refreshingly hard, but the floor was unrefreshingly dirty, despite our vain attempts to clean it. D= Class after that was shortened to an hour and a half because of rehearsals, but David still managed to fit in a full barre, and pointe in the center; including petite allegro, tendu excersize, centre pirouette, and traveling pirouette excersizes. Joy. After that; straight into an hour of Les Sylphides. We simply reviewed for the first 20 minutes or so; our director arrived late with the music. =P We went on; to a very painful section invloving poses that are simply nothing like I've ever done before. And because of that; I got to experience a whole different category of pain. w00t? =[
After an hour break (yes!!) we moved onto From the Heart rehearsal; it rocks! I'm en pointe (again! =/) and we get to choreograph parts by ourselves while our director pieces them together. It's pretty awesome. =D
And as for my toes/toenails?? I forgot to cut them. Enough said.
